Do you offer OEM and ODM, and how is custom hat manufacturing handled?
Yes. As a custom hat manufacturer we offer both OEM and ODM. With OEM we build to your tech pack, sample, or reference; with ODM our in-house design and R&D team takes you from concept to finished product. Customization includes embroidery, printing, sublimation, leather patches, and private-label packaging. How long does sampling and production take?
Samples are typically ready in 5 to 7 days, which lets you confirm material, color, and fit before bulk. Bulk production lead time depends on the style, material, quantity, and which of our two factories runs the order, so we quote it precisely once we have your specifications. Where are your factories, and why do you run two production bases?
We operate two factories: our China headquarters in Wenling, Zhejiang, and a second base in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The two-base model gives buyers flexible capacity, competitive pricing, and consistent quality, with a combined annual output of over 8 million pieces. China handles complex craft such as straw, felt, and ribbon hats and bags, while Cambodia is optimized for straw and cloth-hat volume. Together we export to more than 20 countries.
